To provide the Agency’s services: The Agency may share your information with its partners and clients to provide the Agency’s services.

As a TDC agency, we collect and process personal information from our clients and talent in order to secure work and provide services. We will use the personal information we collect only for the purposes for which it was collected, including but not limited to, securing work for our talent, negotiating contracts, and providing services to our clients. We may share personal information with third parties who are necessary for the provision of our services, including but not limited to, clients and other talent management agencies. We will only share the personal information that is necessary for the performance of our services and we will ensure that all third parties we share personal information with are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

We will store personal information for as long as is necessary to perform our job and to provide services to our clients and talent. Once the personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete it.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States and any equivalent privacy laws in other jurisdictions, we will provide our clients and talent with access to their personal information upon request. We will also provide our clients and talent with the ability to opt-out of the sale of their personal information.

In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia and any equivalent privacy laws in other jurisdictions, we will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect from unauthorized access, misuse, interference, loss, and destruction.
